These delicious mini Shallots are the perfect pickling Shallot - they are very good producers, so you'll get a darn good crop out of these.
Great raw in salads, as their flavour profile isn't too rich.
Shallots are very quick to multiply and can be planted by pressing into well worked soil until half the bulb is showing above the ground.
