Flugel

Nerine 'Flügel' is simply outstanding. An exciting new addition, its blooms boast a vibrant pink hue - quite possibly the most dazzling shade of pink out there. These easily grown “Diamond Lilies” are a magnificent show in mid Autumn and a great cut flower. They prefer a sunny, well drained position. Under the eaves of the house is ideal. Established clumps can be left undisturbed for years. Nerines need a light well drained soil of average fertility with not too much nitrogen. Place the bulbs in a sunny position with the shoulder of the bulbs showing above the ground. Space approximately 8-10 cm apart in bold clumps or ribbon borders. To grow longer stems, 50% shade will help draw them out.
