Hyacinth ‘Purple Voice’ is a gorgeous encourages violet-purple shade, like crushed berries, with the bonus of a delicious, sweet fragrance. It’s the kind of spring flower that stops you in your tracks, especially when planted in pots near a doorway or in bold clumps through the garden.

Hyacinths are the very essence of spring. Their strongly scented flower spikes are a welcome sight after winter and they are easy to grow in containers or in the garden for a high-impact display.

Planting and care

  • Planting depth: 8 to 10 cm

  • Spacing: 8 to 10 cm apart

  • After flowering: remove spent flower spikes, but leave the foliage until it dies back naturally to feed the bulb for next season
