Hyacinth ‘White Ideal’ Bulbs

Hyacinth ‘White Ideal’ is an elegant spring favourite with dense, frosted white flower spikes and a sweet, lightly spicy scent. Ideal for borders and patio pots, it adds a fresh, bright look to spring displays and pairs beautifully with coloured hyacinths and other spring bulbs.

Planting and care

  • Position: full sun in a well-drained spot (raise beds if soil is heavy or wet)

  • Planting depth: 8 to 10 cm

  • Spacing: 8 to 10 cm apart

  • After flowering: remove spent flower spikes, but leave the foliage until it dies back naturally to feed the bulb for next season

If you want these even more consistent across the hyacinth range, I can standardise the opening line structure so every page reads like part of one set.

Hyacinth bulbs are easily grown in pots, or in the garden – their delightful scent heralds that Spring has finally arrived!

Plant in a Sunny, well drained position – raise the beds if the soil is heavy or wet, and place the bulbs 8-10cm apart, 8-10cm deep.
