A true Kiwi favourite, Eminence is easy to grow and rewards you with tall, exotic sprays that scream summer.

• Ā  Ā  Colour: Orange with a lemon centre — citrusy and sizzling
• Ā  Ā  Height: 100–110 cm — tall and proud
• Ā  Ā  Bloom Time: Summer (approx. 90 days from planting)
• Ā  Ā  Sunlight: Full sun — loves basking
• Ā  Ā  Soil: Well-drained; mound it if your soil’s a bit clay-heavy
• Ā  Ā  Watering: Keep moist during growth, but don’t overdo it
• Ā  Ā  Top Uses: Cut flowers, borders, cottage gardens, picking patches

• Ā  Ā  Plant corms 10–12 cm deep after frost risk has passed
• Ā  Ā  Space 15 cm apart for airflow and impact
• Ā  Ā  Stake if needed or plant in a sheltered spot
• Ā  Ā  Spray every 2–3 weeks to keep pests and fungi in check
• Ā  Ā  Lift and store corms in autumn in a cool, airy place
