Tulip Single
Cum Laude
Tulip Cum Laude is quite the stunner.
A velvety lavender purple-blue bloom that opens to reveal a contrasting cream center; this variety is a late spring variety and is visually stunning in the garden, borders, or containers.
Flowering well on strong 55-65cm stems.
The classic, cup shape of these Single Tulips are what we all recognize as the original Tulip. Plant in groups for an unbeatable depth of colour.
Tulips love colder climates, but also do incredibly well in warmer climates (even as far North as the Cape!) - if you don’t have a cold climate like ourselves, we recommend chilling your Tulip Bulbs for 6 to 8 weeks prior to planting. This will trick them into thinking they are having their Winter period, and prolong their stems and Flowering period.
