Nerine ‘Petronella’

Bring a splash of late-season colour to your garden with the stunning Nerine ‘Petronella’. This South African beauty produces elegant clusters of soft, shell-pink blooms with a delicate shimmer, standing tall above strappy green foliage.

Flowering in early to mid-autumn, Nerine ‘Petronella’ is perfect for brightening borders, pots, or picking for the vase when most other flowers are finishing up. Hardy, reliable, and easy to grow, it thrives best in a sunny, free-draining spot where it can really show off.

  • 🌱 Height: Around 40–50 cm

  • 🌞 Position: Full sun, sheltered spot

  • 💧 Soil: Free-draining (Nerines love to be snug in clumps)

  • 💐 Excellent cut flower, long-lasting indoors

Once planted, Nerine ‘Petronella’ will settle in happily and reward you with year-after-year displays of cheerful pink blooms. A true garden classic with a touch of elegance.

Nerine blooms as a cluster of flowers on a leafless stem. Each flower is trumpet-shaped with recurved petals. Nerines are the perfect cut flower.

Nerines like to be hot and dry - they do best in full Sun, in sandy, very well drained soil.

Nerines should be planted as soon as you receive them.
