Part ShadeAnemone blanda (Grecian Windflower) produces charming daisy-like flowers, with bright white centres that sparkle against soft rose-pink petals. Flowering in late winter to early spring, they create a beautiful low carpet above dark green foliage and are one of the best-value bulbs for naturalising.
Perfect for woodland gardens, under deciduous trees and shrubs, or tucked through mixed borders with early spring bulbs, Anemone blanda will gradually spread and form a colourful groundcover as it self-seeds. It also provides an important early source of nectar for pollinators when little else is flowering.
Anemones are easy to grow, and with minimal effort you can enjoy months of colour by planting in drifts and staggering your planting times.

These tiny little Rhizomes pack a real punch! Anemones are fantastic planted in mass, and make a great cut flower. To prolong your display, they can be stagger planted.
