A striking ebony coloured tulip - glossy, stately and elegant.

Tulip Continental is a recent introduction accentuated by the dark stems.

Although an excellent cutflower variety, Continental’s real master stroke is it's garden performance. The extraordinary blooms hold themselves well even in bad weather.

We suggest planting Continental with Tulip Clear Water or Daffodil Thalia for an impressive colour contrast.

Flowering midseason on 40cm+ stems.

Triumph tulips come in almost every colour imaginable - they constitute the largest grouping of tulips with many thousands of varieties on offer. Triumph's are a hybrid cross between Early and Late singles, resulting in early to mid season blooms.

The blooms are single and have the classic tulip cup shape - Triumph Tulips grow to a height of between 25cm and 65cm, and are world renown as the perfect cutflower (sturdy stems, strong colours and they will happily withstand NZ's wind and rain)

Tulips love colder climates, but also do incredibly well in warmer climates (even as far North as the Cape!)  - if you don’t have a cold climate like ourselves, we recommend chilling your Tulip Bulbs for 6 to 8 weeks prior to planting. This will trick them into thinking they are having their Winter period, and prolong their stems and Flowering period.
