Daffodil Double
Flower Surprise
Daffodil ‘Flower Surprise’ (Narcissus) is a true show-stopper, producing lush, fully double blooms in soft shades of creamy ivory, blush pink, and gentle apricot. With a peony-like form and a light, pleasant fragrance, this variety brings romance and texture to the spring garden.
Flowering in the mid to late season, Flower Surprise is best planted in generous groups, where its layered petals and subtle colour shifts can really shine. It performs beautifully in garden borders and large pots, and its strong stems make it a favourite for cut flower arrangements.
Reliable and easy to grow, this double daffodil will return year after year, delivering a touch of luxury each spring.

Daffodils are among the showiest and easiest to grow of Spring flowering bulbs. Available in an incredible array of colours and shapes, they are ideal for the Spring flower garden.
Prepare the soil deeply, mixing in compost, or our Bulb Fertilizer, preferably in a sunny, free draining position.
Daffodil bulbs are best planted in bold clumps, 8-10cm deep and 10-15cm apart.
If drainage is a problem, plant shallower, and mound 7-10cm of soil over the bulbs.
