Daffodil Large Cupped
Pimpernel
Daffodil ‘Pimpernel’ (Narcissus) is a vibrant large-cupped daffodil that brings a punch of warm colour to the spring garden. Bright golden-yellow petals frame a rich orange cup, creating a glowing display that stands out beautifully in borders, pots, and mass plantings.
Flowering in the mid season, Pimpernel is a strong and dependable variety that performs best when planted in generous groups for maximum impact. Its sturdy stems also make it a great choice for cut flower arrangements, adding bold spring colour indoors.
Easy to grow and reliably perennial, this variety returns year after year with minimal care.

Daffodils are among the showiest and easiest to grow of Spring flowering bulbs. Available in an incredible array of colours and shapes, they are ideal for the Spring flower garden.
Prepare the soil deeply, mixing in compost, or our Bulb Fertilizer, preferably in a sunny, free draining position.
Daffodil bulbs are best planted in bold clumps, 8-10cm deep and 10-15cm apart.
If drainage is a problem, plant shallower, and mound 7-10cm of soil over the bulbs.
