Daffodil Split Corona
Yellow Parrot
Yellow Parrot is a truly rare and remarkable butterfly daffodil, and a real conversation starter in the spring garden. This standout variety is the first split-cupped daffodil to produce 3–4 flowers per stem, making it incredibly floriferous and full of personality.
Each stem carries multiple cheerful yellow blooms, with bright yellow petals and a frilly yellow split cup that creates a playful, open “butterfly” look. Sweetly scented and long-flowering, Yellow Parrot is especially popular with professional flower growers thanks to its extended bloom time and generous flower production.
Flowering in the mid season on strong 30–40cm stems, it performs beautifully in borders, pots, and cutting gardens — delivering colour, fragrance, and sheer joy.

Daffodils are among the showiest and easiest to grow of Spring flowering bulbs. Available in an incredible array of colours and shapes, they are ideal for the Spring flower garden.
Prepare the soil deeply, mixing in compost, or our Bulb Fertilizer, preferably in a sunny, free draining position.
Daffodil bulbs are best planted in bold clumps, 8-10cm deep and 10-15cm apart.
If drainage is a problem, plant shallower, and mound 7-10cm of soil over the bulbs.
